Returns
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support at SweetScapeUS@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at SweetScapeUS@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at SweetScapeUS@gmail.com We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
